Everything was great about this home, except for the unfinished basement. We took our cues from a hotel room this couple occupied during a trip to Portugal. They were inspired by the tiles, wall treatments and colours and wished to replicate some of that in their basement redesign. From the industrial bathroom, to the graphic tile and wallpaper, we tried to incorporate elements that would take them back to Portugal.
