After approving your design we are ready to renovate or decorate. We liaise with your contractor and trades through project management to make sure your renovation goes as smoothly as possible. We provide a contractor playbook based on the design elements and details, and help troubleshoot should surprises or any unknowns arise during the project.

Do you need to furnish your space? Determining size and scale of furniture in the overall layout of a space is an art. After an initial consultation to asses your space and needs, we will create a package for you with exact furniture that we then order and have delivered to your home. Let us help you elevate your space and to take the guess work out of designing a cohesive, usable, and beautifully balanced space.

Do you feel like your walls need something but you don’t know where to begin? Maybe you want your space to feel less like a house and more like a home. We can help. Accessories are the finishing touches to a home and help elevate the space through texture, dimension and detail. We will assess your space and based on your needs and budget, accessorize for you. We take care of everything for you.

After the initial consult, the next phase is what I call the Design Phase. During this phase, we gather as much information as we can through questionnaires, inspiration pics, scope of work, budget, specific needs and anything else we need to know before we put pen to paper on designing your space.

This is an in-house visit to discuss Interior and exterior paint colour goals and to be able to accurately asses the space for colour. Options are suggested based on room size, LRV, undertone and hue. We narrow down and present colours based on technical values, to help you achieve your vision and goal.

Once a design is approved by the client, the construction can now begin! Based on the size of job, a set number of hours is estimated to liaise with your trades and contractor to project manage the renovation. From purchasing an approved furniture and building materials’s list, creating a contractor playbook , and trouble shooting the unknowns if and when they arise, project management provides the critical path to assuring your renovations goes as smoothly as possible towards the intended outcome.

Accessorizing is the final stage in making your house feel more like a home. Weather you’ve designed the house start to finish with us, or just need some help pulling your house together, hire us to do the shopping and sourcing for you. These personal touches complete your space. From your walls, to everything within them, we can help you coordinate the things you love, the things you need and everything else in-between.

Furniture packages are design boards including exact furniture and pieces for the space. An initial consult is necessary to see the space and context, measure the space, and talk through your ideas and budget. Each design board is priced at a fixed price and is created with your budget in mind. Each design board comes wth a purchase schedule of the selected items for your approval. Only the items approved by you are purchased on your behalf and sent directly to you. Updates on delivery dates, back orders etc. are managed by us. Let us do that dirty work!!
