When this clients appliances stopped working, it was an indication that the rest of the home probably needed an update as well! By turning a 4 bedroom house into a three bedroom, an ensuite to the primary bedroom was a welcome addition. On the first floor, a change from a dated parcel floor plan to an open concept space, allowed for a much bigger kitchen and unobstructed sight lines, helpful no doubt, for entertaining and watching little ones.
